Notes: 'Laurentia pas de six' was first performed by The Royal Ballet on 9 February 1964 for a television programme entitled 'A Golden Hour' filmed at the Royal Opera House. The first public performance was a Gala on 24 March 1965 in aid of the Royal Ballet Benevolent Fund and the Royal Ballet School Endowment Fund.
