Description: Orange silk dupion empire line dress, with an inset collar made from pale pink net over bright pink satin. The collar and belt are embroidered with silver thread flowers and lilac beads, and edged with silver sequins on gold thread. The dress has long sleeves with three appliquéd flower shapes embroidered with silver and gold thread. Four long decorated panels ending in a point are attached to a flower shape and pinned to the front of the dress at the centre waist. The hem is trimmed with lime green rough linen with rows of sequins, two rows of metallic silver tassels and gold braid with silk covered gold bobbles.
