Brooch in the shape of a gold-plated rectangular bar with white enamel, bearing the initials 'TC' (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti - Turkish Republic). At its centre is an enamelled miniature of the Liyakat Misani medal: a blue, gold-plate, white and yellow star containing an artist's palette, a quill pen, and a microscope over which is a small red circle containing the Islamic motif of a star and crescent moon. Related to medal ROH/VAL/BEQ/68, presentation case ROH/VAL/BEQ/69, and certificate ROH/VAL/BEQ/53. |
