Description: Watercolour and ink sketch for a Member of the Female Populace who is depicted wearing an orange and white striped headdress, hoop earrings, a red, white, and blue decoratively patterned collar, a peach shawl, a white tunic with an orange and blue decoratively patterned band across the chest, an orange sarong patterned with blue stylized lotus flowers, and brown sandals. The note '4' on the front of the design denotes the number of costumes to be made from this design. A handwritten note on the front of the design reads: 'Wait for 2 other drawings'. Wearer names noted on the front of the design are: Wagner, Rauchhamph (unclear), Eauchard (unclear), Ludwig.
