Description: Turquoise velvet empire-line dress with a mid-length skirt. The upper part of the bodice and the sleeves are cotton lace appliquéd with gold coloured cord. The sleeves have puffs of blue silk below the elbow. The centre front of the bodice has four box pleats and piping along the top and bottom edge.
